Enjoy my first hike this year

I went hiking on Victoria Day. I felt exhausted after more than 3 hour hike, but I really enjoy it.

We hike from the eastern part of Ambleside Park (West Vancouver) to the Cleveland Dam in the Capilano River Canyon (North Vancouver). The trail is 7.5 km, goes through the Capilano River Regional Park to the Fish Hatchery, Cleveland Dam and Capilano Lake.

I didn't do much exercise during the raining season in Vancouver. This hike really wore me out. But the scenery is really good, from ocean to lake, stream to waterfall, going through the forest, overlooking the suspension bridge and the Canyon.

I would like to do this hike again. But one thing for sure is that I need more workout in the coming summer.
